At Taqwa Trust announces that the new crescent of Ramadaan 1442 AH has been sighted so the first day of fasting in New Zealand is to be observed tomorrow: Wednesday 14th April, 2021 CE.
Taraaweeh prayers will be offered in accordance with the authentically reported sunnah of Allaah’s Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) at the masjid throughout the month, starting tonight, in shaa’ Allaah.
